The Custodian Account (or special bank account) is an account of the Campaign Initiator, managed by the Custodian, where the Campaign Initiator receives the advance payments of the investments. Investors may fulfil their Declarations of Commitment by transferring the advance payment of their investment to the custodian account. The scale of the advance payment is defined in the Fee Regulation. Tokeportal.hu discloses the amount of indicative investments, calculated from the amounts arriving to the custodian account at least once every banking day during the Campaign.
Refunding from the custodian account may be possible after the Campaign has been closed, in the following cases:
- If the Campaign is unsuccessful, then each investor receives the initial amount they transferred – less an administrative fee – within 8 banking days.
- If the Investors withdraw their Declaration of Commitment during the Campaign, prior to the banking day preceding the last day of the campaign, then they receive the initial amount that they transferred – less an administrative fee, as described in the Fee Regulation – within 8 banking days after closing the Campaign.
- If Investors do not purchase the shares that they previously committed to after the last day of the Campaign, then Tokeportal.hu may reduce the amount the Investors get back by a penalty amount as described in the Fee Regulation.
If the capital increase of the Campaign Initiator fails due to reasons unrelated to the Campaign, then the Investors get back the advance payment. .
